To minimise the risk of Coronavirus, we are taking important measures and appreciate your cooperation.

Please arrive no earlier than your appointment time, and attend with  only 1 other adult, if completely necessary.  Masks are required.

Do NOT attend your appointment if you are currently unwell, have a cough or fever, had contact with a suspected or confirmed case of coronavirus, have been asked to isolate, have returned from overseas or a coronavirus hotspot in the past 14 days (or in contact with such traveller).
